HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-512CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ' regular—meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was helon the 15th day of September , 1975 . The following members were present: Mayor. Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-512 RESOLUTION LEVYING TAXES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,170,266 WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operating budgets for the period commencing January 1, 1976, and certain monies to finance said budgets are required to be raised from taxes on taxable property in the City of Plymouth, NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the following sums of money be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for the year 1976 as set out in the adopted 1976 City Budget: General Purpose . . . $1,156,496 (Including PERA & Social Security) Fire Building and Park Bonds . . . . . . . . . �1_3s770 (Debt Retirement) $s ly7U,Zb6 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byPauntilman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ""' Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils Seibold and Spaeth Thi o ow ng voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
