Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Md on the 15th day of September 191L The following members were present: Seibold and Spaeth The follow ng mem ers werea sent: none Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-511 ADOPTION OF EQUIPMENT FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised recommended proposed budget prepared by the staff for the Equipment Fund for the period commencing January 1, 1976, and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on September 8, 1975, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment upon the budget, and WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing and further reviewed the proposed budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the Equipment Fund budget is hereby approved in the amount of $268,490. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byPuncilman , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. tww ,►ir,t ,�,r
