HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-510CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of September , 1975 . The following members were present: Ma or.Hil'de Councilmen Hunt Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none CopnRilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-510 ADOPTION OF SEWER FUND BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and revised recommended proposed budget prepared by the staff for the Sewer Fund for the period commencing January 1, 1976, and WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to the proposed budget was held on September 8, 1975, at which time the public had the opportunity to comment upon the budget, and WHEREAS, this Council has considered the comments made at the public hearing and further reviewed the proposed budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that the Sewer Fund budget is hereby approved in the amount of $506,230. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: "Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
