CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ----regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was—Held on the 15th day
of September 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptigp,:
RESOLUT'UN NO. 75-503
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 513 T.H. 55 INTERCEPTOR
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroc, i<osene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 1
to Austin P. Keller Construction for Project No. 513, T.H. 55 Sanitary Sewer Interceptor
in the amount of $133,295.40.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof:— ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —passed and adopted.
