Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-493
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 12
PROJECT NO. 302 WATER TREATMENT PLANT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 12 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 12
in the amount of $236,100.00 to Berglund -Johnson. Inc. on Project No. 302, Water
Treatment Plant.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: "Flavor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
Seihold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
