Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day
of September , 1975 The following members were present:

CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
NORTHWESTERN BELL SITE - PROJECT NO. 403
WHEREAS, by a resolution of the Council passed on August 25, 1975, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving Nathan Lane
between 49th Avenue and 51st Avenue; 49th Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road
18; 51st Avenue between Nathan Lane and County Road 18 by the installation of sanitary
sewer, water main, 9 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer
as required for street construction and all necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk, has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of -the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1975 in the Council Chambers
of the Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to
the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The
City Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fo110 ng voted to favor t ereo ayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold was away from the table

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
