RESOLUTION No. 2009-160
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR THE SAFE
AND SOBER COMMUNITIES GRANT
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project entitled SAFE &
SOBER COMM[_]NITIES during the period from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Minnetonka Police Department is hereby authorized to
execute the grant, be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Plymouth Police
Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to sign the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the Safe and Sober Communities Grant.
