CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Te— 8th day
of September , 1975 The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 75-486
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 307 RADISSON INN SITE
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 25. 1975, the City Clerk was
directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving T.H. 55 Frontage
Road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road) between Annapolis Lane and Xeniun Lane and 24th
Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and Xenium Lane by the construction of sanitary
sewer, water main, storm sewer, nine ton streets with concrete curb and gutter and
all necessary appurtenances, rind
WHEREAS, the Clerk, has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
10 completed and filed in the office of -the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1975 in the City Council
Chambers at the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the property owner of each
parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Tollowing voted in favor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold was away from the table
The following voted against or abstained: none ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and adopt—ed.
