. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was eig on the 8th day
of September , 1975 The following members were present:
'fol Nilde. Councilmen Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The follaving members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-483
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
40TH AND REVERE
WHEREAS, by a resolution of the Council passed on August 25, 1975 the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving 40th Avenue
by the installation of water main and necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A.hearing shail be held on the 29th day of September, 1975 in the City Council
Chambers at 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by
such improvement shall be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks
prior to the hearing and the Clerk shall state in the notice the total cost of
the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the
owner of each parpel , described in the assessment roll.
The motion ,or the ad^ntion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Hilde , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: : ayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold was away from the table.
The following voted against or a staine none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
