Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day
of September , 1975 The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-482
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PRERARATION OF ASSESS14ENT
40TH AND REVERE
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of 40th Avenue by the installation
of water main and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement
is $1,029.68 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amounts to $0.00 so that the total cost of the improvement will be
$1,029.68 and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$1,029.68.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer,shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun ilman Sgi0old 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ere: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold was away from the table.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
