Councilman Seibold._ introduced the following Resclution and
moved its adoption: +�
RESOLUTION #75-480
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RALPH R. SAHR FOR HOME
OCCUPATION (A-628)
WHEREAS, Ralph R. Sahr has requested a conditional use permit for a home
occupation to operate a wholesale business from his residence; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant a conditional use
permit for a home occupation to operate a wholesale business from his
residence to Ralph R. Sahr subject to the following conditions:
1. No signs.
2. No deliveries of products to petitioner`s hone address.
3. Permit will be renewable on an annual basis and/or in the event
of petitioner's change of location.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
