Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 479
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CAROL FOLKESTAD TO OPERATE
NURSERY SCHOOL/DAY CARE CENTER FROM HER HOME (A-631)
WHEREAS, Carol Folkestad has requested a conditional use permit for her
nursery school/day care center operated from her hone at 15705 -6th Avenue
North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval,
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 6Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA that it should and hereby dees grant a conditional
use permit for a nursery school/day cap -e center to Carol Folkestad to
be operated from her home subject to the following conditions:
1. No outdoor sign be permitted.
2. Permit be granted for one year aid subject to annual review._
3. All applicable fire codes be complied with.
4. Conditional on the approval and/or certification of petitioner's
operation by any appropriate State and/or County agencies.
5. Parents be required to accompany children to and from the classroom.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou cilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
. following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils_ Seibold
andel Spaeth
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ariopted.
