RESOLUTION No. 2009-159
A RESOLUTION APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE FOR
BUDGET WASTE SYSTEMS, LLC
WHEREAS, an application for a garbage hauler license has been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees, annual reports, certificates of insurance, and surety bonds
have been provided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a garbage hauler license is hereby approved for
Budget Waste Systems, LLC for the period through March 31, 2010.
