Pursuant to due call and -)tice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day
of _ September , 1975 The following members were present:
Mavnr Hilde. Councilmen Ng ils._ Seibold and Spaeth
The following members wereabsent: _ Councilman Hunt
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 477
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF A LOT DIVISION
FOR JAMES R. HART (A-267)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to divide
the parcels as described in Resolution #75- approved Sep -,iber 8, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the fcllowing
actions prior to recording of said Subdivision. Waiver:
A 7 foot street easement be conveyed along First Avenue North.
2. Storm drainage easements be conveyed for all lands below
elevation 498 feet.
3. The Building Official be directed to insure joint access to
Plymouth Road from Parcels A and 8.
4. A variance be granted in the frontage of Parcels A and B from
110 feet to 103.50 feet.
5. Park dedication, of $450.00 as fees -in -lieu be remitted. (Three new
lots X $150.00 per lot.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils I and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo . yor Hi de, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
