CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �s ec�ial _ meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie 8th day of
September 19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hi e, Councilmen -Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-476
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR JAMES R. HART (A-267)
WHEREAS, James R. Hart, owner of the East half of Lot 23 and all of Lot
24, "Greer's Orchard Tracts," Hennepin County, Minnesota except that part
of said Lot 24 described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner
of said Lot 24; thence East along the South line of said Lot 24 distance
of 192.2 feet; thence North along a line at right angles to the South line
of said Lot 24, a distance of 207 feet to the actual point of beginning
of tract of land to be described; -thence continuing North along last
described line 90 feet; thence East and parallel with the South line of said
Lot 24, a distance of 169 feet more or less to the Easterly line of said
Lot 24; thence South along said Easterly line 90 feet; thence West 169
feet more or less to the actual point of beginning, according to the duly
recorded map or plat thereof; has requested that this land be further
subdivided; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
PARCEL A
The South 103.50 feet of the East half of Lot 23 and the South 103.50 feet
of Lot 24, "Greer's Orchard Tracts", Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
The North 103.50 feet of the South 207.00 feet of the East half of Lot we
and the North 103.50 feet of the South 207.00 feet of Lot 24, "Greer's Orchard
Trac` ', Hennepin County, Minnesota.

PARCEL C
The part of Lot 24, "Greer's Orchard Tracts", Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 24;
thence on an assumed bearing of East along the South line of said Lot 24
a distance of 192.20 feet; thence North 297.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence continue ft.': 133 feet to the South line of First Avenue North;
thence Easterly along the South line of First Avenue North to the Easterly
line of said Lot 24; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said
Lot 24 to the intersection with a line that bears East from the point of
beginning; thence Wes* to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 0
The East half of Lot 23 and the West 208.00 feet of Lot 24, "Greer's
Orchard Tracts", except the South 207.00 feet thereof.
FURTHER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare certified copies of
this resolution for filing purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained- Councilman ei s voted nay.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
