CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The folloaing members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-470
PETITION FOR INSTALLATION OF*STREET LIGHT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of 175 watt mercury vapor street
light at the southeast corner of the intersection of 28th Avenue and Oakview Lane
filed with the Council on August 25, 1975 is hereby declared to be signed by the
required percentage of property owners affected thereby. This declaration is made
in conformance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer for study and coordination with
Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, ti►e

The following voted against ora stained: Councilman Neils abstained
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
