The following members were present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The followinga bers were absent: Councilman Hunt Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 75-468 CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT SUNNY ACRES 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, by a resolution of the Council passed on August 18, 1975, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the following described properties: A11 lots within Sunny Acres 3rd Addition for previously constructed sanitary sever, water main, street restoration and storm sewer, and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A.hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of September, 1975 in the Council Chambers at the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon the proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing. The Clerk shall state state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
