CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:
Ma Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth
he o owing members were absent: Councilman Hunt
Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75.467
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
BELMAR INDUSTRIAL PARK WATER AREA CHARGES
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on July 28, 1975, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the following described property:
Lot 1, Block 1, BelMar Industrial Park 43882-4500
Outlot A, Be1Mar Industrial Park 43882-9000
for the previously constructed water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of Septanbe• 1975 in the Council Chambers at
the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Neils, Seibold

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
