Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, waS heldon on the 25th day of

CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
STREET LIGHTING
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 18. 1975, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of providing street
lighting for the following areas:
Section 19, Township 118, Range 22
Section 23, Township 118, Range 22
Section 26, Township 118. Range 22
Creekwood Heights 1st Addition
Creekwood Heights 2nd Addition
Elmhurst Addition

WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of September, 1975 in the City Council
Chambers of the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m.
to pass upon such proposed assessment at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such assessment.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the
improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner
of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote bening taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold_
and Spaeth
The following voted against ordained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
