CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aa, _ meeting of the City
Council of the Cityof Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of Aurfust , 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptic
RESOLUTION N0. 75-461
CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 304-001 HUGHES -JOHNSON ADDITION STREETS
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on the 18th day of August, 1975, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the cost of improving
the streets in the Hughes First and Second Additions and the Roger L. Johnson
Addition by the installation of bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter and
necessary appurtenances, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that the proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
1. A hearing shall be held on the 22nd day of September, 1975 in the City Council Chambers
at the City Public Works Building, 14900 23rd Avenue North at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon
such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference
to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed
assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior
to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvements.
The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
