Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of � jAust , 19-,•5 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-457
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR WEED
ERADICATION AND DESTRUCTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.271 M.S.A. the Weed Inspector of
the City of Plymouth has caused the destruction and eradication of noxious weeds
on certain lands within said City, and a determination has been made that certain charges
thereto have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such work
amounts to $ 4,522.84 and the incidental expenses incurred in said work amount to
$ 1,507.61 so that the total amount is $ 6,030.45 and of this amount the
City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:]
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$6,030.45.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer and Weed Inspector, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected
without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a
copy of such proposed assessment in the Clerk's office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ollowing vote3 in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
