CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-455
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 407 - 25TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of 25th Avenue between Magnolia
Lane and approximately 1150 feet west thereof by the construction of bituminous streets
with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price
for such improvement is $ 25,259.75 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in
the making of said improvement amount to $ 4,487.65 so that the total cost of the
improvement will be $29,747.40 and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as
its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement tobe specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $29,747.40.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy
of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public insplection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C 1 , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor t ereo : Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold. Spaeth
and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolition was declared duly passed and adopted.
