Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-452
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 404 NATHAN LANE
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Nathan Lane between 10th
Avenue and 13th Avenue by the construction of a nine ton bituminous streets with
concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer facilities and all necessary appurtenances,
and the contract price for such improvement amounts to $106,967.68 and that
the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount
to $19,667.01 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 126, 634.87
and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$126, 634.87-.
2. The City Clerk,with the assistance of the City Engineer,shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, shall notify the Council
thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold
and 5 aeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly —pasied and adopted.
