The following members were present: Ma or Hilde Councilmen Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: Councilman Hunt councilE nn Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 75-451 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT NO. 307 RADISSON INN SITE WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of T.H. 55 Frontage Road (Radisson Inn Frontage Road) between Annapolis Lane and Xenium Lane and 24th Avenue North between Zinnia Lane and Xenium•Lane by the construction of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, nine ton streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, and for previously constructed water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities, and the contract price for such improvement is $P29,750,87 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvements amount to $62,035.13 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $291,786.00 and of this cost the City will pay $ 0.00 as its share of the cost, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 291,786.00. 2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main, pumping and storage facilities for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land use zoning: WATER Area Charge Residential $250 per ;� acre lot; $500/acre Comm. -Ind. $750 per acre 3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed•assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing voted in favor thereof:— Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted aginst or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adooted.
