Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was heldo18th day

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-447
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSE
FOR SPETZ & BERG, INC.
6417 PENN AVENUE, SOUTH, MINNEAPOLIS, MN
WHEREAS, application for Small Disposal System License has been presented to
the City Council for approval in accordance with Chapter III, Section 6,
Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the application of Spetz & Berg, Inc. for Small
Disposal System License be approved for a period to expire April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo : Mayor Hilder Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an adopte .
