Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:
-Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
qpiold introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-445
AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP DUES TO THE
ASSOCIATION OF METROPOLITAN 14UNICIPALITIES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to maintain it's membership in the
Association of Metropolitan Municipalities, and
WHEREAS, Councilman Hunt has been designated delegate and Councilman Seibold
has been designated alternate delegate to the Association;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that payment of membership dues to the Association of Metropolitan
Municipalities be authorized in the amount of $1,708.00, for the period beginning
June 1. 1975 and ending May 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoirg Resolution was duly seconded by .

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly'passed and adopted.
