Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 18th day of

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 75- 444
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, contracts have been let for:
1) Central Area Water and Sewer, Project 69-1,0-G by the construction of sanitary
sewer and water and all necessary appurtenances,
2) Central Area Streets. Project 69-8,9-G, by the improvement of streets in the
Central Area of Plymouth,
3) Central Area Storm Sewer, Project •69-2D, by the installation of storm sewer and
necessary appurtenances it the Central Area of Plymouth,
4) Beacon Heights & Glen Echo Addition, Project 69 -OC, by the installation of water
main and all necessary appurtenances,
5) South Shore Drive from 13th Avenue to Bassett Creek, Project 69 -OD, by the
installation of water main and all necessary appurtenances,
and the total price for the above referenced projects including incidental expenses
amount to $ 12.283.24 and of th9s cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the
cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY•RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be
$ 12,283.24.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment,notify the Council
thereof.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
