Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:

Mayor Hilde introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-440
ADOPTING SALARY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM POLICIES
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 75-399 adopted a revised
salary administration program, and
WHEREAS, the successful and proper execution of this program will be
in large part determined by its l,�riodic review and updating
by the Council,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that it shall be the policy of this Council to
schedule once each year, sometime during the last two months
of the calendar year, a complete review of this salary
administration program which shall include a review of the
following:
1) Recommendations by the staff for revisions in the
various salary ranges based upon changes in various
economic factors.
2) Salary allocation of all employees in relation to
their respective salary ranges and zones within
ranges.
3) The changes in individual employee annual compensation
for the past two years in both dollars and percentage.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S aeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
73—owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
Me—rollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopte
