Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 18th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-436
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT NO. 305 VICKSBURG LANE FROM CO. RD. 6 TO CO. RD. 15
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of Vicksburg Lane from County
Road 6 to County Road 15, by the installation of grading, base, bituminous surfacing,
concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances
and the contract price for such improvement is $ 388,483.51 and the expenses incurred
or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $ 73;787:24 so that the
total cost of the improvement will be $ 462,,270'. 75 and of this cost the City will
pay $ 0. Do as its share of the cost,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be $ 462'270.75.
2. The City Clerk,with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without
regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
