• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular _ meeting of the City

—Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-435
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 507-001 PUMPHOUSE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1 has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment.on Request for Payment No. 1
in the amount of $ 5,458.00 to Lee Richert Plumbing & Heating, Inc. on Project
No. 507-001, Pumphouse for Well No. 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CpnnCJ]man Sejbgld , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and S aeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
