Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was geff on the 18th day

moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 75-427
APPROVING REQUEST FOR PAYMEdT NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 305 VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7 has been prepared by Bonestroo. Rosene, Anderlik
and Ncsociates. Inc. and payment is recommended,
NOW HEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNLSOTA that the staff is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No.•7
in t,ie amount of $ 37.872.81 on Project No. 305, Vicksburg Lane Street Improvement
to 3uffalo Bituminous.
