• Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
Of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

RESOLUTION NO. 75-424
PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT
IN PONDEROSA ADDITION
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the installation of a 175 water mercury vaport
street light in the Ponderosa Addition, filed with the Council on August 18,
1975 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of property
owners affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance with
Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035.
. 2. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer for study and
coordination with Northern States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by .
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor t hereof: ayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Seibold and
Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained:Councilman Nells
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
