HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1975-4230 0 CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to oue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tFie 18th day of August , 19 75 . The following members were present: .Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt Neils Seibold and Spaeth The following members were absent: none Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved s adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75- 423 A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS CAVANAUGH'S 4TH ADDITION WHEREAS,the City Council did ^n the 4th day of October, 1972 adopt Resolution No. 72-294(A) confirming and adopting the assessment for Cavanaugh's Addition Sewer and Water, Project No. 129, otherwise identified as Levies No. 5601 and 5602, and WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 5th day of October, 1971 adopt Resolution No. 71-356 confirming and adopting the assessment for Cavanaugh Addition, Sewer, Water and Street Improvement, Project No. 71-1,2,0-C otherwise known as Levy 5326, and WHEREAS, in order to correct such error a supplemental assessment is necessary so that such parcel receives it proportionate share of such levies, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 429.071, Subdivision 1, Minnesota Statutes, it is hereby determined that a supplemental assessment of Levies No. 5601, 5602 and 5326 is necessary in order to correct mistakes in such levies relating to Plat No. 43893, Parcel No. 6600. 2. The City Clerk shall forthwith prepare a supplemental assessment roll with respect to Levies 5601, 5602 and 5326 so as to properly assess Plat No. 43893, Parcel No. 6600 and shall calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed against said plat and parcel. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the 0 owing voted in avor t ereo : Mayor Hilde,'Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
