CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aire ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of August , 19 75 The following members were present:
Mayor TTi eT7 T Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: none
Hunt introduced the following Resolution and

RESOLUTION NO. 75-422
REDUCING ASSESSMENTS
CAVANAUGH'S 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, it has been determined that plat 43893, parcel 9200, legally described
as Lot 2, Block 6, Cavanaugh's 4th Addition was assessed twice under Levy 5601
for Sanitary Sewer Area and REC charges and under Levy 5602, Water Area and REC
charges,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the assessments levied against plat 43893, parcel 9200 (Lot 2, Block 6,
Cavanaugh's 4th Addition) under Levy 5601 Sanitary Sewer Area and REC charges
be reduced by $332.22 and Levy 5602 Water Area and REC charges be reduced by 5332.23.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
u Gilman Seaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
