Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-421
REDUCING ASSESSMENTS
CAVANAUGH'S 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, plat 43893, parcel 6800, (Lot 1, Block 5, Cavanaugh's 4th Addition) was
assessed for 129.2 feet of lateral under Levy 5326 and has actual frontage of only
110 feet, and
WHEREAS, said parcel was assessed for one acre of sanitary sewer area charges
under Levy 5601 and one acre of water area charges under Levy 5602 and the
acreage of said parcel is .50 acres,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA

that the assessments levied against plat 43893, parcel 6800 (Lot 1, Block 5, Cavanaugh's 1
4th Addition) under Levies 5326, 5601 and 5602 be reduced as follows:
Levy 5326 - Reduce from $3,817.86 to $3,250.50
Levy 5601 - Reduce from $545.40 to $332.22
Levy 5602 - Reduce from $545.40 to $332.23
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duIT—passed and adopted.
