Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lath day
of August 19 75 The following members were present:

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 75-418
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
PROJECT NO. 520 12TH AVENUE FROM HARBOR LANE TO JUNEAU LANE
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the.4th day of August, 1975 fixed
a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of 12th Avenue between
Harbor Lane and Juneau Lane by the installation of sanitary sewer, water main,
blacktop streets with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances,
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of
the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 18th day of
August, 1975 at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
August 4, 1975.
2. That an alternate providing for bituminous shoe curb be included.
3. That a cul-de-sac at the western terminus of 12th Avenue be provided.
4. Bonestroo,Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of
such improvement.
_5. SaLid project shall be financed from the construction fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereo : Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Neils.
and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an adopted.
