CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 417
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PLYMOUTH STATE BANK
FOR OCCUPANCY OF OFFICE SPACE IN PLYMOUTH COURT
BUILDING (A-410)
WHEREAS, the Plymouth State Bank has requested a Conditional Use Permit
under the provisions of the City Zoning Ordinance to occupy a portion of
the Plymouth Court Building for a bank facility; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recom-
mends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant a conditional
use permit to the Plymouth State Bank to occupy a portion of the Plymouth
Court Building for a bank facility subject to the following condition:
That no drive-in facility be associated with the bank.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing vote �n avor thereof:
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Spaeth
and Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
