Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day
of NAugust , 1975 . The following members were present:
The fo owing members were absent: none
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 416
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JEROME BEGIN FOR EXTRACTION OF
MATERIALS AT HIS LANDFILL SITE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
COUNTY ROAD 9 AND I-494 (A-259)
WHEREAS, Jerome Begin has requested a conditional use permit for extraction
of materials at his 4andfill site located at the southeast corner of
County Road 9 and I-494; and,
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Planning Commission has reviewed said request and
does recommend approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant a conditional use
permit for extraction of materials to Jerome Begin located at the southeast
corner of County Road 9 and I-494 subject to the following condition:
That such extraction activities be terminated November 1, 1975.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Amu
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted in favor thereof :Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained; Councilmen Neils and Seibold voted,nay.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
