The following members were present: The following members were absent: none Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and move its adoption. RESOLUTION #75- 414 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR TEMPORARY OFFICE SPACE STRUCTURE FOR DEVAC, INC. (A-216) WHEREAS, DeVac, Inc. has requested a conditional use permit for parking a trailer adjacent to their plant as a temporary office space structure for a period of one year; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does grant a conditional use permit to DeVac Inc. for parking of a trailer adjacent to their plant as a temporary office space structure subject to the following conditions: 1. Conditional Use Permit expires August 15, 1976 with the clear understanding that no renewal will be considered. 2. All utility connections receive approval of the Inspection Division. 3. Refrain from parking within 15 feet of the lot line. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon. the following vote n favor t ereo : [f yor Hilde, Councilmen Font, Neils, The following vowed—against or abstained, Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.—
