Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a relar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the' 18th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION #75- 413
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE NiEr PRIOR TO FILING OF A LOT
DIVISION FOR WM. WEERNINK (A-630)
MffMEAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to consolidate
and then further subdivide the parcels as described in Resolution #75-412
approved August 18, 1975,
NOW, MERERM, BE IT IlER116Y RESOLVED BY UE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYN10=, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
actions prior to recoding of said Subdivision Waiver:
1. Payment of $150.00 fees -in -lieu for Park Dedication purposes.
(i.e. $150.00 for each new building lot.)
2. Utility and drainage easements as recommended by the City
Engineer. Ponding easement would be that area below the high
water shoreline, i.e. 9S6 feet elevation.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
