Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved

APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR M. WEERNINK (A-630)
WKhREAS, Wn. Weeniink. owner of the North 230 feet of the South 735 feet
of the East 325 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,
Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, has requested that this parcel be
further subdivided; and.
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel C
The North 110 feet of the South 735 feet of the East 325 feet of the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, except roadway.
Parcel D
The North 120 feet of the South 625 feet of the East 325 feet of the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin Canty, Minnesota, except roadway.
R R111ER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of this
resolution for recording purposes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in -favor t reo Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
