Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rear meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

APPROVING LOT CCIVSOLIDATION FOR M. WEERNINK
(A-630)
WHEREAS, Nin. Weernink, owner of the North 30 feet of the South 735
feet of the East 325 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter,
Section 34, Township 118, Range 22 and the North 200 feet of the South
705 feet of the East 325 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 34, Township 118, Range 22 requests that these parcels
be consolidated; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the consolidation of
said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere
with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth
and that a refusal to permit such consolidation would create an unnecessary
hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel AB
The North 230 1`eet of the South 735 feet of the East 325 feet of the North-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 34, Township 118, Range 22
except roadway.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o ow ng voted in favor thereof—. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pai-se-d and adopted.
