CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washeld on the 18th day of
August 1975 The following members were present:

RESOLUTION N 75-410
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION TO EFFECT
NEW OWNERSHIP FOR WM. WEERNINK (A-630)
WHEREAS, Wm Weernink, owner of the North 30 feet of the South 735 feet of
the East 325 feet of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, Sec-
tion 34, Township 118, Range 22, has requested of the City of Plymouth
that this parcel be divided from that part of the Northeast quarter of
the Southeast quarter described as beginning at a point on the West line
thereof distant 325 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence
North 325 feet to said Northwest corner; thence East to the Northeast corner
thereof; thence South along the East line thereof to a point 705 feet
. North of the Southeast corner thereof;thence West parallel with the South
line thereof 325 feet; thence South parallel with the East line thereof
705 feet to the South line thereof; thence West along the South line thereof
to a point 450 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence North
parallel with the West line thereof 322 feet; the$ce deflecting right 67°
Northeasterly 423 feet; thence deflecting left 93 Northwesterly 550
feet; thence West 600 feet to the point of beginning; and,
WHEREAS the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere with the
purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
a refusal to permit such division would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOM, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel A
The North 30 feet of the South 735 feet of the East 325 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 34, Township 118, Range 22, Henne-
pin County, Minnesota.

The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter described as beginning at a

point on the West line thereof distant 325 feet South of the Northwest
corner thereof; thence North 32S feet to said Northwest corner; thence
East to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along the East line thereof
to a point 705 feet North of the Southeast corner thereof; thence West
parallel with the South line thereof 325 feet; thence South parallel with
the East line thereof 705 feet to the South line thereof; thence West
along the South line thereof to a point 450 feet East of the Southwest
corner thereof; thence North parallel with the West line thereof 322 feet;
thence deflecting right 670 Northeasterly 423 feet; thence deflecting left
930 Northwesterly 550 feet; thence West 600 feet to the point of beginning,
except the North 30 feet of the South 73S feet of the East 32S feet of
the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter, Section 34, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
