. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reg meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plym�.',th, Minnesota, was held on t e 18th day of
August 1975 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

SETTING CONDITIONS 'jT) RE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF A
LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RAYMOND WEDIN (A-541)
M21REAS, the City Council has approved a Subdivision Waiver to consolidate
the parcels as described in Resolution M7S-406 approved August 18, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does direct the following
acticns prior to recording of said Subdivision Waiver:
. Utility and drainage easements as recommended by the City Engineer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
