Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION #75-406
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR RAYMOND WEDIN (A-541)
WHEREAS, Raymond Wedin, owner of that part of Lot B, Block w, City View
Acres lying Southerly of the following described line: Beginning at the
Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, City View Acres; thence Northeasterly
along the Southerly line, and its extension, of said Lot 4 a distance of
154.6 feet; thence deflecting to the right 400 a distance of 155 feet
more or less to the shore line of Gleason Lake and there terminating; and
That part,of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, City View Acres lying South of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the West line of said
Lot 6 distant 204.2 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence
easterly to a point on the East line of said Lot 6 distant 204.2 feet
South from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southeasterly to the
Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, City View Acres has requested the
consolidation of these two lots; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recommends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the consolidation of
said parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere
with the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth
and that a refusal to pdnmit such consolidation would create an unnecessary
hardship on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TILE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA as ,:ollows:

That part of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, City View Acres lying South of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the West line of said
Lot 6 distant 204.2 feet South from the Northwest corner thereof; thence
Easterly to a point on the East line of said .Lot 6 distant 204.2 feet
South from the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southeasterly to the Southwest
corner of Lot 4, Block 2, City View Acres; together with that part of
Lot B, Block 2, City View Acres lying Southerly of the following described
line: beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, City View
Acres; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly line, and its extension, of
said Lot 4 a distance of 154.6 feet; thence deflecting to the right 401 a

distance of ISS feet more or less to the shore line of Gleason Lake and there
terminating.
FUR11M, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of
this resolution for filing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth
