CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
August '19 75 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION #75- 405
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT DIVISION
. FOR RAYMOND WEDIN (A-541)
WHEREAS, Raymond Wedin, owner of that part of Lot B, Block 2, "City
View Acres" lying Southerly of the following described line: Beginning
at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2, "City View Acres"; thence
Northeasterly along the Southerly line, and its extension, of said Lot
4 a distance of 154.6 feet; thence deflecting to the right 40° a distance
of 155 feet more or less to the shore line of Gleason Lake and there
terminating, has requested that this parcel be divided from that part of
Lot 1, Block 2 together with Lot B, Block 2, "City View Acres"; and,
WHEREAS, the City Staff has reviewed said request and recaamends approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has now determined that the subdivision of said
parcel which contains less than five (5) acres would not interfere rith
the purposes of the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Plymouth and that
a refusal to permit such a division would create an unnecessary hardship
on such owner,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIMGIL OF III! CITY OF
PLWUM, MINNESOTA as follows:
Parcel 1B
Lot 1, Block 2, City View Acres together with that part of Lat B. Block
2, City View Acres lying Northerly of the following described line: com-
mencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 2, City View Acres; thence
Northeasterly along the So8th line thereof 44.6 feet to the point of begiming;
thence deflecting right 40 a distance of 155 feet more or less to the
shore line of Gleason Lake and there terminating .
Parcel B
That part of Lot B, Block 2, City View Acres lying Southerly of the followift
described line: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Block 2,
City View Acres; thence Northeasterly along the Southerly line, and its
extension, of said Lot 4, a distance of 154.6 feet; thence deflecting to
the right 400 a distance of 15S feet more or less to the shore line of
Gleason Lake and there terminating.

FURMER, that the City Clerk be directed to prepare a certified copy of
this resnlution for filing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Seibold , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
