CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 11th day
of August , 1975 . The following members were present:
MaX r Hilde Councilmen Hunt. Seibold and Spaeth.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and j
moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 75- 403
APPROVING SMALL DISPOSAL SYSTEM LICENSES
WHEREAS, applications for Small Disposal System Licenses have been presented
to the City Council for approval from the following applicants, in accordance "
with Chapter III, Section 6, Plymouth Code:
D. Shobe 8 Son Disposal, Inc.

Brooklyn Park, MN 55443
Richard A. Johnson dba Richard's Plumbing
5115 Vicksburg Lane
Plymouth, MN 55340
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Small Disposal System Licenses be approved for the above for
a period to expire April 30, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the roregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votenavo�reof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seihnid,
and Spaeth.
