Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day

APPROVING GARBAGE HAULER LICENSE
APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, the firms listed below have submitted applications for Garbage
Hauler Licenses to the City Council for approval, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 14, City Code,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the applications for Garbage Hauler Licenses of the firms
. listed below be approved for the license period April 1, 1975 through
March 31, 1976.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman S aeth ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the

and Spaeth.
