CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 11th day

moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-401
APPROVING APPLICATION OF ARMSTRONG CESSPOOL SERVICE
FOR
CESSPOOL PUMPING LICENSE
WHEREAS. Armstrong Cesspool Service has made application for Cesspool Pumping
License Renewal, which application has been presented to the City Council for
approval, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 16.14, Plymouth Code;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITi COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH that the application of Armstrong Cesspool Service for Cesspool Pumping
License is hereby approved for a period to expire July 31, 1976.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
.
following voted in favor thereofl. Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hunt. Seibold
and Spaeth.
The following voted against or abstained: none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
