Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was het o� n fire 11th day
of August , 19 75 . The following members were present:

The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
�ouffcilmanjunt introduced the following Resolution and
move is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 75-400
EXTENDING FELICITATIONS TO COUNCILMAN SPAETH
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Plymouth has always treated the human condition
with civility, sensitivity and compassi®n, and
WHEREAS, the Council has established policies consistent with the highest aims
and progressive thought in human welfare, and
WHEREAS, one of the Council Meebers,the Honorable John M. Spaeth, will reach the
lofty age of two score on Thursday next;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Plymouth, recognizing
this auspicious occasion, asks the Citizens of the Cit, of Plymouth to treat
Councilman Spaeth with tender respect and minister to him such balms, ointments,
purgatives and lotions as will comfort him in his decline; and
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council extend their most sympathetic felicitations
on the occasion.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Hilde and upon vote being taken thereon, the
